Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition

• Undamaged and unworn

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

• Store credit

• Product exchange

Refunds to Original Payment Method
If the item is returned due to a defect in the product shipped, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment used at checkout.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• All return shipping for eligible refunds is covered by Embroidtique.
