All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, feel free to contact us at embroidtique@gmail.com.

Returns
We want you to love your embroidered pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed garments within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at embroidtique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email.

3. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your return label.

Please note:

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
